Strike! out...

Still on strike until at least tommorow...My AP exams are surely going to suffer. However this has given me a nice extension on my Critical Paper, so I guess I take what I can get. AP Exams are in one week! I'm stressing! Show is on Wedensday! Still Stressing!

Vacation to another Vacation

Disney was amazing! I had a blast with some of my closest friends and even though I may be having a bit of trouble with one of them, I still had a blast of a time. Whether it was going on Tower of Terror twice or going down Summit Plummet (even though I am scared of heights) or watching my friend be scarred for life in his first ride of It's a Small World I had a great time. But then I come back and what do I get? Another Vacation? Not Quite. My School is currently on strike. This is the second day off. I have AP Exams in two weeks and a show in less than that. I am freaking out! Oh and a Critical Paper...I should perhaps get back to that.

By the way can anyone define a "spiritual bottoming out?" Thanks! Back to work...

Welll...I do have a life

So I haven't posted in a few days, so there goes posting every day, but I have done it more frequently than ever though! I'm off to Disney for the next four days for my class trip. I'm very excited! (You probably can't tell through reading this though) However I am leaving at three AM!! But it should be fun, I'll be with my friends


I'm off to have an adventure!

Exhaustion

So...today was interesting I got really giddy I don't understand why...but I was happy and I guess that's the important part.

Shop 'til you drop

So, today was not hiking boot day. Today was get all of my camp clothes today. So now my closet is filled with a variety of colored capris and shorts as well as three new 'camper' shirts. Oh Old Navy, I do admire your clearance rack.

Show Updates: None, but I really wish I knew my schedule from time to time

Critical Paper Updates: Really wish that critics looked beyond the fact that it's a female Author and Female protagonist in The Handmaid's Tale and at some of the other...I don't know more important points, like the twisting of the Bible or on the comparison to a slave narrative? Just sayin because a writer is a woman doesn't mean we need to focus on it.

Personal Updates: My grades are..eh. I will most likely be spending all of my free time on getting my Honors Classes up to snuff, that's right, my AP Classes are just fine, it's my honors classes that are killing the GPA. I've also been asking close friends on what my biggest flaw is. And I'm trying to improve upon it.
editt.. I finally wrote a Zine after years of admiring those who wrote them, I Did it! Comment if you want a copy...or see me in school, I'll be carrying one on me :]

So, I'm late to the memo

Apparently April is "Blog Everyday" Month. And I'm late. Really late to the start. So maybe I'll post more than once a day to catch up. Unlikely, I do have some of the remnants of a life.

Show Updates: Rehersals are everyday and night, I actually have one tommorow, while the rest of the school is off. But it is a short rehersal so I can handle it. I have a costume for the opening number and it fits me perfectly...speaking of perfect fits...

Life Updates: I have a prom dress, it's pretty...I'll post a picture another time, but it's a copper-y color. It's the perfect fit, and I love it. I went to this place called Second Seitz (like the composer) in Skippack, the lady there is amazing she can look at you and know your size and the dresses in her store. If you want to find the perfect place for a dress I suggest there (And really reasonable). Unfortunately it's by appointement early so look them up! I also have been talking to my date more, so now I feel less awkward about the whole situation. So I am happy about that, however the boy I originally asked (who I like or is it did like) is now dating his...uh..date. I'm happy for them, because, well, he's happy. So I'm off to go bury my emotions, so our friendship is not ruined.

Otherwise, life is good, I need to get back to work so I can have a relaxing day tommorow

My Schedule Tommorow: Wake-up, buy hiking boots, go to rehersal, sleep. Maybe more homework...we'll see.
